The guest house offers two further bedrooms, each with its own shower room. There is a large veranda with a barbecue for convivial evenings. It is the perfect holiday home for a vacation with family, friends, or even cycling groups. The finca has central heating and can therefore be used year-round, making it ideal for a winter workation. During the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately, and a security deposit of EURO500 is payable upon arrival. In the summer season, 35 kWh of electricity per night is included. Any additional consumption will be billed separately. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia are a 10-minute drive away.
